Frustrating.

Student Frustrations

  • Poor site performance. ... Slow ...Buggy ... Site Down

  • Doesn't always correctly identify equivalent mathematical statements. \[x+3y = \frac{6y+2x}{2} \qquad \frac{1}{8}=0.125 \qquad \sin(0)=0\]

  • Instructor has no control of site.

  • Cost

Teacher Frustrations

  • Instructor has no control of site. No answers to ... Slow ...Buggy ... Site Down ... Log-in issues ... Why doesn't it accept the answer this way?

  • You select problems from a list. .... You can not edit how the problems are phrased. .... You can not ask part of a question.

  • You can't even reorder the problems once in a list. You must remove the problems and re-add them in the order you want.

  • No customization.

  • Your course becomes a Pearson® course. Completely identical to every other course at every other college.

Let's now see what I made and how it eliminates some of these frustrations.
