ArcGIS Runtime

  • For native applications on devices including phones, tablets, laptops, desktops, and embedded.

  • Developed in C++ but other language wrappers or SDKs are available, including WPF, iOS, Java, etc.

  • Licenses

    • Developer All functions but with developer watermark
    • Basic All online capabilities plus offline map viewing
    • Standard All online and offline capabilities (including offline editing)
  • Developing against ArcObjects (including ArcGIS Engine) is not recommended.
