Survey and Bug Tracking System

Purpose:

To discover and document as many bugs as possible.

To see which bugs appear on which browsers.

To get feedback for future improvements.

A Succesful Survey

  • Unbiased questions.
  • 5-point scale.
  • Option to dismiss a question.
  • Identifying responsdent characteristics.
  • Proper data analysis: totals, means, variances, etc.

Bug Tracking System

Database about bugs. Tracks characteristics like time, severity, the program behavior, etc.
