The flexibility's can not be the number of plugins that it supports

Each pipeline is different

Maybe only for a little step, but they are different

To implement your best delivery flow you must control all pipeline

I spend more time to implement my choice on Jenkins

is it only a problem of my Jenkins's knowledge?
