• IT Volunteer organization for girls/Women founded in 2015
• With vision to aware/involve as much girls in TECHNOLOGY MAINSTREAM.
• A bridge between study course and professional area of technology.

Year 1 Strategy(1 - 6 Months)

• Target candidates (Current students and recent grads)
• Offerings : Coding classes
• Data Collection from colleges about girls enrollment in IT/comp.Eng
• Membership enrollment in Girls In Technology
• Workshops for Team buildings
• Events Participation like Meet-Ups /Build up networking
• Marketing(Facebook, Google, E-magazine, Website)

Year 1 Strategy(6 - 12 Months)

• Placement of girls to different companies through GiT/Recruitment
• Run programming classes in broader vision
• Reach to the girls nationwide who are in technology aspect
