Andrew Petersen

Software Developer - Milwaukee, WI

Hi, thanks for taking the time to check this out.

This opportunity is VERY enticing.

I've never had a chance to work on such a worthy cause, and I can't think of a more exciting technology stack.

About Me

I am a web developer. I work as a consultant out of Milwaukee for Skyline Technologies.

Microsoft Shop

Skyline is a Microsoft Gold Partner, so at work I am usually inside the Microsoft stack. Primarily Asp.Net MVC and SharePoint.

That being said, web is web. I love that client-side skills are technology agnostic.

Coding For Fun

Software development is my favorite hobby.

About six months ago I jumped on the node.js bandwagon and haven't looked back. Everything I do now is with Node and Mongo.

My Portfolio

I mostly deal with internal enterprise applications, so I struggled to come up with a representation of my work.

My solution was to record a few demos of applications I think would apply to the mWater app.

Use the down arrow to see more info about each app.

CineProwl

This is a personal project, but probably the most applicable to the mWater workflow.

Navigate down to see it in action

Sorry about the quality. It's semi-readable in fullscreen

Technologies Used

I wrote a RESTful OData web service (in .NET) to expose all of the CRM data. Bing Maps API. I wrote a javascript helper library to make it a bit more friendly. I've used that library on quite a few projects now. jQuery DataTables.net

Source Code

You're welcome to check my GitHub account for code quality. Please keep in mind anything out there was only intended for myself, so documentation is a little sparse...

Thank you!

This picture was taken last month and it was too cheesily appropriate not to include.
